The 14th Annual Great Canadian Luncheon

Kick off the Hong Kong 7s weekend by joining us for the highly anticipated Canadian Rugby 7s long lunch at, the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (TBC). You will meet and dine with the stars of the men’s & women’s Canadian Rugby 7s teams and be entertained by our guest speaker, Henry Paul, former England 7s player and Head Coach of the Canadian National Men’s 7s team  and returning emcee for the 5th year in a row, Gareth Rees.

Tickets will go on sale in December, 2020 for the event of the year – the Great Canadian Luncheon, with all proceeds going to Rugby Canada’s rugby 7s programs and a growing legacy endowment to support our Canadian 7s team for generations to follow.

The Canadian Rugby 7s fund raised an impressive net amount of $70,000 CAD in 2019, we are hoping to raise even more in 2020!

The fund’s mission is to develop a $1,000,000 CAD endowment that will support the Canadian rugby 7s programs and ensure the team remains a top tier competitor internationally, at the Hong Kong 7s, and the future Olympics.
